From The lounge you can walk into the large L shaped Kitchen with a good range of base units and draws.  The units and draws were handmade to suit our needs. For example we have installed extra wide worktops. We like to bake alot and to avoid the situation where mixers, scales and other kitchen equiptment got in the way with having wide work tops there is still lots of room to bake bread and cakes without running out of room on the surface.

Also one of the work areas has been made slightly lower so that you can apply more downward pressure when making bread or pastries.

Lights have been fitted at floor level so at night you can still move around the kitchen without the main ceiling lights on.

Two types of ceiling light are available depending how much illumination you require for the task in hand
